If after noon with sukoon or tanween, any letter appears from the fifteen letters or ikhfaa, then noon with sukoon or tanween will be pronounced with a very light sound from the nose and with ghunnah. This is referred to ikhfaa (hiding noon sound).
Again, it may sound challenging in articulation, but it is definitely easier in the application. Just imitate the examples below and focus on red-colored spots while doing it.
